How To Prepare Flower Tea
There are two ways to prepare your flower tea and we've listed them below:
Option #1:
1. Take a tea spoon of flower tea and place portion in tea pot or tea strainer over cup.
2. Add hot water and let steep for 1 min.
3. (optional) add lemon & honey
Option #2:
1. Grind 1 tea spoon of flower tea in mortar & pestle this allows the flower tea to have a strong fresher taste.
2. Place grinded tea in tea pot or tea strainer over cup.
3. Add hot water and let steep for 1 min.
4. (optional) add lemon & honey
