Ingredients: Certified organic chamomile, lavender petals, jasmine buds, blue corn petals, hibiscus petals, rose petals, american safran, dandelion leaves
Signature Flower Tea
There are two ways to prepare your flower tea and we've listed them below:
Option #1:
1. Take a tea spoon of flower tea and place portion in tea pot or tea strainer over cup.
2. Add hot water and let steep for 1 min.
3. (optional) add lemon & honey
Option #2:
1. Grind 1 tea spoon of flower tea in mortar & pestle this allows the flower tea to have a strong fresher taste.
2. Place grinded tea in tea pot or tea strainer over cup.
3. Add hot water and let steep for 1 min.
4. (optional) add lemon & honey
